The Hunt Club features four (4) guest rooms on the second floor of the Clubhouse and a two bedroom cottage just steps away from the main building.

Guests
Guests are welcome when accompanied by a current Member or their immediate family members, or when invited to attend special events. Please observe Club rules on attire, smoking, technology use and employee gratuities.
Dress Code
In all areas of the Clubhouse, the daytime dress code is casual attire. Hats or hunt caps worn by gentlemen and boys should be removed. Equestrian attire is always acceptable.
After 6:00 p.m., cocktails on the Porch and dining in the Hunt Room allow casual attire or informal sports attire. The more formal Main Dining Room and South Lounge require men and older boys to wear a jacket and tie for dining. Ladies should wear comparable appropriate attire.
On the Tennis Court, players are asked to wear half white (top or bottom) tennis attire and court shoes. Swimming Pool attire is casual recreational. Swim suits are required for all swimmers. Please, no cutoffs or ripped t-shirts.

Smoking Policy
No cigarette, cigar or pipe smoking is allowed inside the Clubhouse, Poolhouse and Guest Cottage. The Porch and Swimming Pool offer cigarette smoking in locations with ashtrays.
Technology Use
Cell phone use in public areas of the Clubhouse and Poolhouse is highly discouraged, except in the case of emergency. Ringers must always be kept in silent mode.
The Clubhouse offers a password-protected Wi-Fi network for members and guests needing Internet connectivity. Consult with a staff member for the current Wi-Fi password.
Employee Gratuities
Gratuities and cash tips are not permitted for individual CVHC employees. A Holiday Fund collected from members is dispersed to all employees at the end of the year.
